產(chǎn)品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. This protein kinase is highly similar to the gene products of S. cerevisiae cdc28, and S. pombe cdc2. It is a catalytic subunit of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase complex, whose activity is restricted to the G1-S phase, and essential for cell cycle G1/S phase transition. This protein associates with and regulated by the regulatory subunits of the complex including cyclin A or E, CDK inhibitor p21Cip1 (CDKN1A) and p27Kip1 (CDKN1B). Its activity is also regulated by its protein phosphorylation. Two alternatively spliced variants and multiple transcription initiation sites of this gene have been reported. Cdk2為周期素依賴激酶2(Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2)，主要參與細胞周期的調(diào)控，在細胞分化、有絲分裂中起重要作用，目前主要用于各種腫瘤的研究。


相關(guān)抗體反應(yīng)規(guī)律：
（1）初次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：當抗原*次進入機體時，需經(jīng)一定的潛伏期才能產(chǎn)生抗體，且抗體產(chǎn)生的量也不多，在體內(nèi)維持的時間也較短。
（2）再次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：當相同抗原第二次進入機體后，開始時，由于原有抗體中的一部分與再次進入的抗原結(jié)合，可使原有抗體量略為降低。隨后，抗體效價迅速大量增加，可比初次反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的多幾倍到幾十倍，在體內(nèi)留存的時間亦較長。
（3）回憶反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抗體：由抗原刺激機體產(chǎn)生的抗體，經(jīng)過一定時間后可逐漸消失。此時若再次接觸抗原，可使已消失的抗體快速上升。如再次刺激機體的抗原與初次相同，則稱為特異性回憶反應(yīng)；若與初次反應(yīng)不同，則稱為非特異性回憶反應(yīng)。非特異性回憶反應(yīng)引起的抗體的上升是暫時性的，短時間內(nèi)即很快下降。


多克隆抗體的制備一般包括以下幾個步驟：
1、制備抗原。
2、選擇實驗動物。
3、動物免疫。
4、試取血進行測試，看看是否成功免疫。
5、如果成功免疫，殺死實驗動物，采集全部血清。
6、純化出抗體。
7、鑒定抗體。包括純度以及特異性。
